Charles R. Levy is a Member of the Board and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Phoenix Worldwide Industries, Inc., a 25-year old company specializing in the design and manufacture of counter-terrorism and Homeland Security platforms and equipment. He has a background in Public Securities Finance and has served as President, Vice Chairman, and Senior Partner of three securities brokerage firms. The latter was Winthrop Financial Corporation of Boston where, as National Marketing Partner, Mr. Levy helped raise approximately $6 Billion of equity and debt.

In his 30-year career, Mr. Levy has lectured to and/or trained over 25,000 associated professionals. He has also held positions as Assistant to the Senior V.P. of Worldwide Operations of NL Industries, Inc. (NYSE), Assistant to the Chairman of Cowen & Co. (now SG Cowen & Co.), and continues as President of his own financial and consulting firm founded in 1992. From 1980 to 2007, he held Series 7, 63 and 65 NASD registrations

Mr. Levy enjoys an MBA from New York University where he received its highest academic honor by being inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Society. He also holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. In 1987 he served as an Associate Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania.
